• Contact enquiries— when you use the “Start a Conversation” form, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
• Content sharing — when you use the Share Your Content form, we collect your name, email, company name, phone number (optional), website (optional), links to your content, and context about your project.
• Website analytics — we may collect anonymised usage data to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and carry out any work you commission from us
• Send relevant follow-up communications relating to your project
• Improve our services based on feedback you provide

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to your enquiry and conduct our business — and, where relevant, on the basis of contractual necessity when we are engaged to work together.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and project information for up to three years from our last communication. If no project follows an initial enquiry, we will delete your information within 12 months.

Who we share your data with

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our business. These include:

• Resend — email delivery service used to receive your form submissions. Data is transmitted securely and not stored beyond delivery.
• Vercel — our website hosting provider, based in the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
